April Goals

I’m sitting here writing my goals for the month of April as it’s snowing outside.  I wish I could propose a goal for Mother Nature!

I want to get into the habit of writing my monthly goals and instead of just keeping them in my planner, I decided to share them with all of you!

 

-Have a smoothie at least 4 days a week- My diet has gotten a lot better, but I can still use a lot more fruits, veggies and nutrients in my diet and I feel this is a great way to get bunch in and easily.

-Complete Tone It Up’s Daily Moves every day- I recently signed up for the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan, and while it hasn’t been the easiest transition for me I am really enjoying it.  I haven’t signed up yet for a Studio App membership, but on the app there are daily moves for free each day that target a different body area or fitness goal.  I need to purchase some weights and incorporate these into my daily routine.

-Get on a chiropractor/massage schedule- I am a frequent headache/migraine sufferer and suffer with back pain almost daily and I’ve finally decided to do something about it.  I am visiting the chiropractor today and hoping he puts me on some sort of physical therapy schedule.

-Read 3 books for pleasure- I used to read all of the time and now I come home and feel like such a zombie that I just sit and veg.  I miss reading and reading and learning so much from Gala Darling’s book inspired me to start reading again.  Let’s see if I can get through 3 books!

-Go live on Facebook 5 times a week for my makeup business- This one is going to be hard for me as I am usually a hot mess when I come home from work and feel that is the optimal time to go live on Facebook as opposed to when I’m getting ready in the morning.  However, I am forcing myself to up my business game so if that means looking a hot mess or redoing my makeup- I want to go live almost daily.
